Art Camp for Girls
Once upon a time in a whimsy, color-filled home there was a group of art girls in Paris art camp. They were no ordinary girls and their hearts and minds were bright and creative and full of imagination and they painted beautiful, whimsical paintings! Their paintings were full of Paris dreams and sparkly Eiffel towers, fashion girls and bright cupcakes and layered cakes!
They learned about Parisian artists of long ago and painted in the Free/ Whimsical style. They had Parisian tea in the garden and learned about their God-design, one-of-a-kind uniqueness. Their creativity bloomed as well as their sweet hearts! And they carried home many colorful and beautiful paintings!
This is PARIS ART CAMP!!
(I'm so excited about Art Camp 2017! This art camp is all about PARIS and we'll pretend we are in Paris Art School! Can't wait for this summer and sharing all these Parisian fun painting ideas and creating a "Paris Wonderland" environment! Camp will be at my new house in the Indian Springs/Oak Mountain area, and I'm so looking forward to being with all of the camp girls and seeing what they create!
Art camp is June 12-14 (Mon-Weds)
This year girls will take home three original paintings of their own creation, a little journal, and an 8"x10" Tricia Robinson print of their choosing!
Space is limited to 12 campers per session!
HERE ARE SOME PHOTOS FROM previous camps!
Kindred Art Retreat
The 2015 Kindred Retreat was an all inclusive retreat held in Santa Rosa Beach, FL at the home and studio of Liza Snyder in Historic Point Washington, Florida located five miles North of the Gulf. Our gathering spot overlooks the Choctawatchee Bay. Lodging off-site in a fantastic home closer to the beach, near Scenic 30-A. All meals except breakfasts during the retreat included.
We will have the 2016 dates soon (most likely in early November)!
During a retreat weekend, we offer conversation, teaching, hands-on creating, laughter, story-telling, story-sharing, vulnerability, and true freedom in fellowship. Tricia and Liza will be sharing professional techniques with an array of art tools during the weekend, but the focus will be more upon community and sharing our journeys as fellow artists and “makers.”
Our hope is to have several retreats in coming years...to gather creative souls under one roof...sharing our stories and creative experience...and encouraging you to do the same in your space.
