Under normal conditions, all orders other than giclees are shipped within 4 business days from the day they’re ordered.  

*Giclees are made to order and will be shipped within two weeks once order is placed. Also, if other items are ordered from the online store, those items will ship separately from the giclee.

*If purchasing multiple sizes: sizes 9x12, 24x32 and 30x40 will ship separately. 

We use FedEx for all of our shipping unless you choose to have your package delivered to a PO Box, in which case your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Once FedEx receives and scans your order, you should receive it within the next 2-3 days depending on your location. USPS Priority usually delivers within 5 days once shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email from orders@triciarobinson.com with a link to track your package. Sometimes this link may take up to 24 hours post-shipment to be accurate and active. We can't wait to deliver your new art! YAY!!!

We offer returns on unworn sweatshirts and shirts within 30 days of receipt. All other product purchases are final. Therefore please double check and review all product photos and descriptions thoroughly before submitting your order.
