Under normal conditions, all orders other than giclees are shipped within 4 business days from the day they’re ordered. During this time of COVID-19, shipping timeframes may be slightly longer than usual.
*Giclees are made to order and will be shipped within two weeks once order is placed. Also, if other items are ordered from the online store, those items will ship separately from the giclee.
*If purchasing multiple sizes: sizes 9x12, 24x32 and 30x40 will ship separately.
We use FedEx for all of our shipping unless you choose to have your package delivered to a PO Box, in which case your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Once FedEx receives and scans your order, you should receive it within the next 2-3 days depending on your location. USPS Priority usually delivers within 5 days once shipped, though COVID has caused more significant delays at times.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email from firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to track your package. Sometimes this link may take up to 24 hours post-shipment to be accurate and active. We can't wait to deliver your new art! YAY!!!
If your package has been marked as delivered but you’ve not received it, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We want to make sure you receive your order. Contact us at email@example.com with your order information, and we will do our best to help you out.
We’re so sorry you received the wrong items, and we want to make sure we get that taken care of for you.
So that we can correct our error and reship your order, please take a photo of the incorrect product(s) you received. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching the photos and including your order number, and we will either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them to your shipping address. We may also send you a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of returning the item to us.
Currently, we're only shipping in the US.
We offer returns on unworn sweatshirts and shirts within 30 days of receipt. All other product purchases are final. Therefore please double check and review all product photos and descriptions thoroughly before submitting your order.
