Under normal conditions, orders are shipped within 4 business days. 

*Giclees are made to order and will be shipped within two weeks. If purchasing multiple sizes giclees may ship separately. 

*Some products such as blankets and mugs may ship separately from other products.

Once shipped, FedEx deliveries should be received within 2-3 days. USPS Priority and Ground Advantage usually delivers within 5 days.

When your order is received by the carrier, you will receive an automated email from orders@triciarobinson.com with a link to track your package. Sometimes this link may take up to 24 hours post-shipment to be accurate and active.
